In 2015 the Trinity river, that runs through both Fort Worth and Dallas, Texas, flooded well beyond its banks and halfway up the levee. The still and swollen river enabled for a grand reflection of the pastel sunset that lit up the North Texas sky that night we were there photographing the Dallas skyline.
Each ready-to-frame photograph is printed on high-quality, archival, cotton rag paper with a professional, ten-color inkjet printer (giclee') that rivals photographic imaging and surpasses common four-color lithograph printing. Mattes are crafted by hand for each photograph using solid-core, archival quality matting and foamcore backing.. We manage every step of the creative process from capture to editing to printing, matting and shipping. Quality is our main product.
These panoramas come in length to height ratios of 2:1 and 3:1. For example, a panoramic print of 10 inches in height comes in 10 by 20 inches and a 10 by 30 inches. The mats add additional size such that the 10 by 20 inch print fits a 16 by 26 inch frame. The sizes found in the drop-down list are in frame sizes instead of print images so you can know what frame size they will fit. However, the 12 x 36 inch print will be framed in the same size frame because matting over 40 inches is expensive to cut.
The following table relates the print size to the matted print and frame size.
Print / Frame
6 x 12 / 10 x 16
6 x 18 / 10 x 22
8 x 16 / 12 x 20
8 x 24 / 12 x 28
10 x 20 / 16 x 26
10 x 30 / 16 x 36
12 x 24 / 20 x 32
